Book an appointment
- Click “Schedule Now” at the top of this page.
- Select the type of counseling service that fits with your goals.
- Follow the instructions to create a profile.
- A valid credit card is required to book an appointment, but will NOT be charged.

Fill Out Paperwork
- Once you have booked an appointment, an automated email will prompt you to fill out an Intake Form and a HIPAA release form.
- The forms are required to be filled PRIOR to your appointment.
- Helpful tip: allow yourself 20-30 minutes to complete the forms. When they’re complete before your appointment, we will have more time to focus on your immediate needs.

Where to Find Me
- I am located at 4203 Montrose Blvd. Suite 360 in the Montrose neighborhood of Houston.
- Free guest parking is located in the parking garage across the building.
- When you arrive, please have a seat in the waiting room and I will greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
- You are welcome to enjoy a hot tea or coffee and relax while you wait!
